Fabulous surprise date weekend!
It’s been a long, long, long time since the lover and I went out and did things together. Mostly because of evil work but my gosh. This past weekend was marvellous. Simply marvellous. I can’t keep myself from smiling in glee. Because he did all the planning in a top-secret fashion, I have taken the task upon myself to write a small journal entry about the mister’s wonderful...
I’m not sure if I put this up on himandher before but I suddenly thought of it. It’s finally happening. We are finally making plans to celebrate the day where we will officially be pronounced man and wife. :) He popped the question almost 13 months back and we were supposed to have wed this year but the Universe had other plans for us and 2010 it is. :) I can’t wait. The first day he left for Egypt, I remember hugging his teeshirt to bed. There were still traces of his perfume and scent and I couldn’t bare it. I sobbed into it and somewhere between then and daylight, I fell alseep. :(
