Him & Her

it’s 8 in the morning. I shouldn’t be up. I just got back from a 3 day family trip with her last night. I couldn’t get to sleep and I ended up mucking about online and only succumbed to sleep at about 3 in the morning.

she should be fast asleep right now. my poor baby was feeling under the weather the last I spoke to her. I guess the trip tired her out. I fell asleep last night wishing so badly that I was with her, taking care of her; making sure she was alright.

I miss her so much. it’s truly cruel that we’re quite literally living on opposite sides of the island.

I’m really looking forward to going over later though! cuddling up with her on the sofa, doing work, talking about stuff and just spending a lazy afternoon together. pure bliss : ) and it’s our 11 month anniversary : ) it’s been almost a year. it’s so wild to just think about it. it feels like we only got together last month! where did all the time go? : )

I can imagine ourselves getting married and starting a family and thinking the same thing at every stage of our lives. “where did all the time go?”

it’s so important to treasure every moment we spend together. easier said that done though, right? like all couples, we spend a lot of time bickering over the littlest stuff. but the making up is always precious : )

I love you baby darling. we’re gonna be married soon. can you believe it? : ) I can’t wait to start life with you! happy 11 month-versary, my love!
